Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ZYRO. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During sales or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.


Domestic Shipping (United States 🇺🇸)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $74.99 USD (before taxes and discounts).


Canada Shipping 🇨🇦

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (timing may vary depending on customs clearance)
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, size, and destination.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $89.99 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. These are not included in the product price or shipping rate at checkout.
  • Please Note: Shipping timelines may be affected by customs inspections or border delays. Zyro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the order has shipped.


Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes, but occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes (sales, holiday season)

  • Carrier delays (weather, logistics issues)

  • Customs clearance (for Canadian orders)


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, the responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • If you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.

  • Contact us at support@yourzyro.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll help file a claim and explore replacement/refund options.


Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be resent at the customer’s expense or refunded (minus shipping costs).


Pre-Orders (if applicable)

Pre-order items will show an estimated shipping date on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will ship together unless otherwise noted.
