Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During sales or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (United States 🇺🇸)

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $74.99 USD (before taxes and discounts).
Canada Shipping 🇨🇦

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (timing may vary depending on customs clearance)

- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $89.99 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
- Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. These are not included in the product price or shipping rate at checkout.
- Please Note: Shipping timelines may be affected by customs inspections or border delays. Zyro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the order has shipped.
Delays & Exceptions
We do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes, but occasional delays may occur due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, the responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.

Contact us at support@yourzyro.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we’ll help file a claim and explore replacement/refund options.
Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be resent at the customer’s expense or refunded (minus shipping costs).
Pre-Orders (if applicable)
Pre-order items will show an estimated shipping date on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will ship together unless otherwise noted.
